4、 Product function description:
1. Aseptic tank system is one of the key equipment in aseptic production line. It is the buffer tank and storage tank that receive the materials sterilized by ultra-high temperature. In recent years, foreign advanced aseptic tank system has been imported continuously, which stimulates domestic enterprises to develop and produce such equipment. In recent two years, small-scale aseptic cans have been produced in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other places, which has played a good role in promoting the development of aseptic packaging technology in China. However, there are many problems in the domestic equipment, such as short aseptic time, unstable aseptic performance, low automation and low output. Based on the long-term research and development practice and the principle of foreign advanced equipment of the same kind, the author intends to make an in-depth discussion on the asepsis of this equipment in theory, so as to facilitate the localization.

8. The tank body is made of SUS304 stainless steel and the structure is jacketed. The maximum working pressure of the tank is 0.3MPa, and it can also withstand vacuum. A water distributor is arranged on the upper part of the jacket to facilitate the cooling of the tank body after sterilization.
5. Safety performance:
1. Sterile tank unit ensures the highest level of production safety through constant pressure and temperature control. It is one of the standards to install steam isolation control on the external equipment of aseptic tank. Therefore, a continuous sterile production environment has been achieved.
2. At present, with the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the consumption of all kinds of drinking water, drinks and dairy products is increasing day by day, which naturally puts forward higher requirements for food packaging: long shelf life, unchanged taste. As a result, a variety of aseptic drinking water, beverages, aseptic milk, aseptic food and other aseptic products continue to emerge, and the market prospects are promising. This makes many food enterprises actively introduce foreign developed aseptic production lines. But in order to save foreign exchange, we should try our best to introduce advanced equipment and equipment not available in China. If we can develop and manufacture by ourselves, we don't need to import them. We developed the aseptic tank system just for this purpose. This system is designed by our research group in combination with the equipment optimization of Tetra Pak Sweden and Japan Precision Research Institute.
1. As a sterile tank unit, a sterile tank is connected with ultra-high temperature equipment and packaging equipment. The aseptic time of the aseptic tank is longer than the production time, which not only ensures the quality of the continuous production products, but also avoids the reheating of the products due to the production stop or the overload of the packaging line. Another advantage is that the sterilization intermediate storage tank of sterile products ensures that subsequent production can be carried out even in CIP.
2. Depending on the quantity of the product, the size of the tank can be from 0.5 to 20 tons.
3. The sterile tank unit can be sterilized independently and can be flexibly connected to one or more production lines or packaging lines, so different products can be sterilized simultaneously
Filling without manual mixing.
1. Steam sterilization of tank body and valve group:
All tanks and pipelines in contact with sterile products shall be steam sterilized, with the steam temperature of 140 ℃ and pressure of 0.27MPa, passing through two 25 μ m steam filters. When the tank temperature rises to 115 ℃ and the temperature in the tank is 140 ℃, sterilization can start, lasting for 2400S.
2. Cooling of tank body and valve block:
After steam sterilization of the tank, the cooling water is automatically ejected from the spray pipe in the jacket, and the temperature of the tank decreases accordingly, while the pressure in the tank decreases. In order to prevent the pressure from dropping too fast, the pressure sensor at the bottom of the tank opens the solenoid valve and the regulating valve to let sterile air into the tank to maintain the pressure balance of the tank. The cooling time is 900s.
3. Filling:
In the process of filling and discharging materials, the deoiling sterile air enters the upper part of the tank through the air filters and pressure regulating valves of two 0.22 μ m machines to keep the pressure at the bottom of the tank constant all the time, so as to ensure the stable feeding of the filling machine. At the same time, the steam pipeline connected with the material pipe and the sterile valve is filled with 0.1 MPa steam to form a sterile barrier to ensure the asepsis of the filling process.
4. CIP cleaning:
There are two ways for CIP cleaning pipeline: after the production is stopped, the operator sends out the cleaning command, the pipeline is connected with CIP cleaning solution, one way is through the rotary cleaning ball on the top of the pipe to clean the tank body and pipeline, the other way is through several organic connected sterile valves to clean the filling machine and pipeline. Because the inner wall of the tank body and the pipeline has a high finish and no dead angle, the bacteria can not stay, thus ensuring the sterility of the pipeline. First, wash the inner wall of the tank for 5min through the alkali solution with the concentration of 1% and the temperature of 70 ℃; then wash the tank body with cold water for 10min. If there is scale on the inner wall of the tank, wash it with 1% acid solution for 20min, and then wash it with clean water to discharge all

2. In case of any equipment quality problem (except caused by misoperation or unforeseen factors) during the warranty period, the supplier shall repair it free of charge and replace the damaged parts.
3. After the expiration of the warranty period, only a certain material fee and appropriate technical service fee will be charged.
4. In case of system operation failure which cannot be solved by itself or by telephones, our technical maintenance personnel shall make solutions (including temporary measures) and schedule within 24 hours after receiving the written notice from the demander and report to the competent leaders of both parties.
